THE CONFEDERATE CONSCRIPT

These are the standard conscription forces taken straight from the general population. They’re poorly trained and armed, but used in numbers to overwhelm. In the case of urban combat, they’re sent in large waves as an initial rush to clear the way.

HERRAD LEGION PYRONEER

The Herrad Legion Pyroneer is a powerful nemesis. Though their gas-fueld flamethrowers have limited range, their flames are intensely hot and can burn anything in their path. Their up-close combat ability makes them particularly useful in the close quarters of the city.

HERRAD LEGION BOMBARDIER

The Bombardiers are an elite cadre, trained to roam in small packs to hunt down and destroy. They’re equipped with accurate and powerful rocket launchers which use a warhead that penerates armor and eviscerates anybody standing nearby with shrapnel. These troops are an Atelian’s worst nightmare.

THE CONFEDERATE GRENADIER

The next step up from a conscripted soldier, these are the second most common forces in the Confederation. They are heavily armed and, in addition to their main weapon, have fragmentation grenades to flush out enemy forces.

 THE CONFEDERATE OFFICER

This is the leader for the forces. He is armed with a heavy gun and is highly armored. The officer is essential to the troop’s morale and organization - taking out an officer can be devastating to a Confederate attack and should be a high priority.
