Instructions:

I personally have a copy-pasted Data Files folder for my TES3MP client

Ensure that the mods are organized in the same order as the list above.
For Wares Ultimate, just get the files from "00 Core"(I wanted to incentivize travelling to places for other gear).
After downloading F&F, place the contents from "00 Core", "01 Vvardenfell addon", and "02 Mainland addon" into
your "Data Files" directory

Just a Linux note: folders are case sensitive and don't merge, the game seems to still pull from them fine.
